Made to order is a new, sustainable way to shop. It greatly helps to minimize waste in the fashion industry.

Because your pieces are only made once you purchase them, this increases the delivery time to 3-6 weeks.

If you buy both stocked and made to order pieces in the same purchase, your order will be delayed until #madetoorder pieces are ready. 

If you need the stocked items to arrive sooner as per our standard delivery policy, we recommend placing two separate orders - one for in stock items and one for made to order items.

Delivery times

Most of our orders are processed the same day and delivered to you within UK 1-3 working days and all international orders from 2 working days. You can read more about delivery times and costs on our Shipping Policy page.

How do I return items and have my money refunded?

Sometimes clothes don't fit or don't look exactly as you've expected them to look and for such cases we've prepared a special page to help you smoothly return your items. If you'd like to return your items please follow instructions on our Refund Policy page.

What is Klarna?

Klarna allows you to buy items on our shop and pay for them later. You can choose between 2 payment options - one time payment within 30 days or split your purchase into 3 equal payments. If you'd like to know more, please visit Klarna page on our website.

Where are the clothes made?

Most of the products are made in South Korea (under The Labour Standards Act (LSA)) which lets us ensure products being sold on our website are always of the highest quality and responsibly manufactured.

Our company is registered in London, United Kingdom and this is where we pay our taxes and do our business operations from.

Where's my order? How to track my order?

Once your order is sent out, you'll receive an automatically generated email with a tracking code/link. If you are experiencing difficulties tracking your order, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist you in this matter.

Can I exchange items?

Items can be exchanged but they must not be used and should be returned to us within 30 days from delivery. To know more, please visit Refund Policy page.

Faulty / Missing / Wrong item

If any of your items are faulty, missing or you've received something you didn't order, please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact form or via Facebook.

Do you accept cash on delivery?

At the moment we do not accept cash on delivery payments, but that's definitely something we're looking to implement in the near future.
